About Me
I’m Helena, based in Oxfordshire, UK. I have recently retrained as UX designer, coming from a background in printed textile design.

My prior experience is in designing tangible products with a client’s target customer at the centre whilst taking business and technical requirements into consideration. This has made my transition into user experience design feel like a natural progression.

Through my recent UX design studies I’ve loved learning to develop my research skills and found learning about human behaviour incredibly interesting. This has helped me learn how to design with a human centred approach and create more useful and usable products.
​
I’m looking now to work full-time both creatively and analytically on meaningful digital products that feel really enjoyable and intuitive for people to use, ultimately my goal is to help users have a good time.
Interests
In my free time I enjoy hiking in the countryside, baking sweet treats (Bake Off here I come), painting and growing plants.
​
I also enjoy travelling to new places and sampling the local street food.
